Cultivate Alignment

 

Come into greater alignment with Self this summer by creating

some time for quiet contemplation.

Practice word fasting once a week for 8 weeks and notice the shift

inside you.

To prepare do the following one day a week:

  1. Find a day in your weekly schedule that is less busy with outward activity.
  2. Let those who will be in contact with you that day know that you are taking a day of Quiet Spirit to be with silence; to be with contemplation.
  3. Eat light (plan simple light meals in advance)
  4. Be flexible - if for some reason it turns out that the quiet day won't work don't be rigid, surrender and plan another day.

Meditate, journal and rest during this day.

* If one day is too much for your schedule, you can do a half day.
